1/2 pk gjær
1/2 ts salt
300 g sammalen kveite, grov
300 g kvitemjøl
2. Lat deigen heve under lok/plast til dobbel storleik.
3. Del deigen i 20 emne. Trill rundstykke som du trykker flate.
